Before starting a project

Can you add AI to software we already use?: We first check available APIs, file exports and access permissions. Where feasible, we connect to the existing system. A file-based workflow or a companion application may be an alternative. We do not promise integration with every product.
Does every automation project need AI?: No. Rules-based software can be the better fit for repeatable lookups and data entry. AI is considered for tasks such as interpreting documents or preparing drafts, with review steps agreed for the use case.
Can businesses in the U.S. and Canada inquire?: Yes. JooeunTech welcomes project inquiries from the United States and Canada and is based in Busan, South Korea. Email your workflow, current tools, time zone and data-location constraints so we can assess feasibility and agree on communication. We do not claim a North American office or local on-site support.
How are cost and timeline determined?: Scope follows a review of sample inputs, integrations, expected outputs and acceptance checks. Third-party API fees, hosting, data migration and other recurring costs are identified separately before development is agreed.
Is ongoing maintenance included?: Installation, user guidance, operational support and additional development are agreed for each project. Their scope and duration are not assumed to be included indefinitely with a development engagement.
What should we send with a first inquiry?: Send the current steps, your intended output and a sanitized example. Do not send passwords, confidential documents or personal customer data. Access permissions and data storage and processing requirements are discussed separately.
